the real deal

Alot goes into making a great bagel, and nowhere does it better than New York. So that's where we went to learn the tricks of this holey trade. We ate, baked and boiled our way across the five boroughs and learned from some seriously experienced bagel bakers.

Our bagels are made in Sydney using authentic New York techniques and recipes. It's a 24-hour process from dough to door including the all-important boiling step, but we're not cutting any corners at The Bagel Shop.

Some say you can't get a New York bagel outside of New York, we're doing best to prove them wrong.
